Surfcamp Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

This surf camp was born from the passion of its founders for surfing and the sea. They are experts in the Canary Islands, its waves and surf spots and pass on their knowledge to their students. They are located on Gran Canaria, a natural paradise that integrates sea, nature, culture and relaxation, all on the same island.
Located in the center of Las Palmas city, but not too far from the spots, it is the ideal place for surfers who want to enjoy the waves and the atmosphere of the city!
The surf camp has three different accommodation options that you can choose from depending on your preferences: Hostel House, Surf House and flats with sea view, all within a 15 minute walk of our surf school.

The hostel is suitable for solo travellers who want to meet people or a group of friends. Large 3-storey house with a capacity of 29 people. Lively and modern atmosphere. It has a large common room where you can enjoy your time with other surf camp guests: relax, play guitar, listen to music, watch movies, drink beer. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge... So you can chat and have a good time together in a relaxed atmosphere while cooking your meal.

The Surf House is for those looking for a more adult surfing atmosphere. Perfectly located, directly on the Paseo de Las Canteras. If you want a quiet and more private atmosphere while meeting new people, then this is the right place for you. To keep the atmosphere calm, we have set a limit of 5 people maximum in the house. Guests are generally between 24 and 36 years old. If you prefer a place full of young backpackers, around 20 years old, parties, barbecues, we recommend you to book the Surf Hostel, which is right next door.

The private apartments are located 2 minutes away from the Surf House and the hostel. You will have your own private space, but you can of course join us for all the common activities and chat with the other camp guests.

We offer different types of activities to make sure you have a good time during your stay:

• Excursions on the island of Gran Canaria. Discover the island and explore remote places.
• Tapas Tour in the old town of Veguetta every Thursday evening. Enjoy the tapas in a festive atmosphere!
• Concerts on Las Canteras beach every Saturday night. Enjoy the local music and culture after a good surf session!
• Environmental surfing project, come and plant your tree in the Surfer Forest!
• Optional in the packages : Surf Pack & Yoga : 3 yoga classes : 30 €.

There is only one airport in Gran Canaria (LPA) located 25 minutes from Las Palmas. We advise you to rent a car, very practical and cheap in the Canaries.
